Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Economy Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable shipping carriers. The carrier used may vary depending on destination, shipping method, and availability.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. COREX™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. COREX™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the package and the damaged product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
